Dearest Anna Sui...

Why are you doing this to me? Why do you have to release those special boots when you know that a girl like myself would have to work her ass off to have them? When you know its almost the time to shop for the holidays? You are torturing me. But i can't hate you. I love you too much for that. Therefore i hope you would release more of the black suede ones in a size 8 at the end of the season. I can probably get my hands on them by then. Thank you. Peace, Love and Bubbletea! xoxo

Freebie Five

What's the freebie five? According to Lainey's : "(...) a list of 5 'unattainables' you’d have permission to date/tap without consequence from your significant other should the opportunity arise. The key to the Freebie Five is fantasy, whatever turns your crank. My criteria, however, is also determined by celebrity. Two bit no-names, no matter how hot they are, don’t rank. Because while intelligence is optional, fame never is." Without further a due, my list consist of a neurosurgeon, a time traveler, a manwhore, a superhero and mr. perfect.

1)Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy. A man who is charming, devilishly handsome and basically the kinda guy every girl goes to sleep dreaming about. Therefore, McDreamy. Meredith Grey couldn't have found a better nickname for him. It suits him SO well! He's the type of man you would want your parents to meet and know they're gonna love him. The uniform is an extra plus in my criteria ;)
The backdrop: It's mid November, a cloudy Sunday afternoon.
The scenario: Long conversations and a casual walk in the park. Coffee @ Starbucks afterwards. Later in the evening, we go movie renting and its either his place or mine with a good bottle of Chardonnay.
The conclusion: Anything can happen with a good bottle of Chardonnay :P

2) I admit i wasn't to fond of Eric Bana when i first saw him in 'The Other Boleyn Girl'. He did however caught my attention last summer in 'Troy'. I'm 5 years late, but the movie was good. Those who haven't seen it, two words: pecks and armors! Other than Brad and Orlando, he was really decent looking in the movie. And than came 'The Time Traveler's Wife'. O.M.G.
The backdrop: A bookstore with lots of old books.
The scenario: We both would probably fall upon a same book we were looking for. Short convo turns into a long one. Most likely we share common interest.
The conclusion: We would know each other as the perfect 'stranger' from the bookstore at first. The second time we meet, numbers are exchanged, which leads to the rest of the story.

3) Bradley Cooper. Manwhore. A girls always fantasize for a fling with the badboy heartbreaker. No matter how many times you convince yourself that maybe, MAYBE you could be the one that can change him. Chances are, it won't work because you see, they tend to go for the stubborn, hard-to-get ones. They want a girl who also knows how to play the game and that are naive looking. Which is why i think Renée Zellweger and him are prefect together right now.
The backdrop: A bar
The scenario: A free drink. Some casual talk. Flirting. More drinks. Pickup lines. Some more flirting. Out of the bar in less than half an hour of this whole thing.
The conclusion: Hungover but an unforgettable night.

4) Milo Ventimiglia is the type of person, i guess, that just draws you in. His charm, those piercing eyes and that beautiful smile. He's a mystery at first, like he was to Rory (Gilmore Girls!). But mystery is what we are pulled too and you end up discovering he's very kind, someone with a big heart and your typical boyfriend. I was a Rory and Jess shipper!
The backdrop: Record store
The scenario: He would most likely be the type to work there. I have a profound love for music (any type may i add). He wouldn't be noticeable the first few times i'd be there. Coming the 5th time or so, a random subject would pop out and that would be the first 'official' encounter.
The conclusion: Many dates to come.

5) Name me one asian girl who finds Daniel Henney non-attractive? Everything was given to him and i mean e.v.e.r.y.thing! His good looks, his killer body, his amazing personality... He is Mr. Perfect from head to toe.
The backdrop: Home
The scenario: He would be the guy who just moved in next door. The typical hot new neighbor who's gifted with the look and the money (lol). How would we met? I pull a 'desperate housewives' move on him: knock on his door and give him a plate of homemade cookies.
The conclusion: I've been told guys likes a girl who can cook. He would probably be turned on by my baking skills. Thus a blissful fling is called for ;D

This list is for fun purpose. I didn't put Jung Yunho or Robert Pattinson in this list. Because you see, I picture myself being in a relationship with one of the two. Jung Yunho and R.Pattz are a lifetime and they have a special spot in my heart. Plus, Yunho have gotten my mother's approval and she wants him as her future son-in-law! ;) I do find these men to be somewhat close to my ideal type. Don't you find they all have something in common? Over 30, a bit of a shag but still clean coif, well defined jawline and can pull the scruffy i-didn't-bother-shaving-this-morning look. Yes, that is how i like my man.

November Issue

I woke up this morning with a massive throat pain, freezing cold and nasal congestion. The first thing that went through my mind: "I have a valid reason for not going to work and class today -grin-" HA! And no, im not swine. Well at least i hope not. AIDs has existed way before this disease came in the news a couple of months ago and i don't see why the nation making such a big fuss out of it. Seriously. And now, apparently the vaccine doesn't work. The eff? Anyways, a little nap, a good book and some Buckley's syrup (god, the nastiest shit everrr!) did the work. I feel a little bit better now though my throat is still a bit sore. It will probably get better within the next days.

I got bored from all the sleep and no one was home. Went online and started playing around Polyvore. I haven't worked on a set in the longest time. I miss doing this stuff. After watching 'The September Issue' last week, I felt like i was Anna Wintour looking through various runway looks and fall's latest trend. The woman is genius. I can't imagine anyone taking over Vogue after her. I also felt a big materialistic desire to shop. Im all set to go on a Mastercard swiping expedition with a friend on friday. -sigh- How am i suppose to save up for Hawaii when im like this? Oh god, its almost the holidays soon too. But like Carrie Bradshaw would say, "a pair of Manolo doesn't hurt, right?"

Here's my November Issue. Basically, its a list of non-affordable items for a minimum wage worker like myself. A girl can only dream to afford that Burberry trousers and Vivienne wool skirt...

Bella & Edward

Twilight has invaded my fb feeds, my work place and even my bus stop. I see posters of the movie everywhere now. I went through a fangirling phase at some point, not gonna lie. It did tone down a bit after a few months. But i get this feeling that i will be turning into a giddy tween again on November 20th. Here's the good thing, i will have something to update about in a two weeks on this blog (laugh) :D

Zomg, you can't deny the chemistry!!

CBU

"Where my heart still is, I admit i'm not to sure. When the sky starts to cry, I become reminiscent and lonely. Although I like to think that I've moved on, I can't help but think that I shouldn't have let go. I should've held on tighter.

The beginning was so pure and pubescent, virgin and untainted. When a person is gone, should you miss him or remember him? If you miss him, do you look back at old pictures and cry? If you remember him, do you think of the tone of his voice, his laughter? Do you think back to the conversations between you and him?

Conversations between Us?"
